My name is Taylor, im a student filmmaker in Sedona and have just recently switched to cinematography as my major. This is my first time posting on this site, however i have been following for a while (i own the GH2 shooters guide and anamorphic shooters guide). If i am posting in the wrong place, feel free to bump/ let me know how to fix.

I am a new owner of the GH2 and have hacked it with the anamorphic hack in the anamorphic shooters guide. It works fantastic when i dont have a external monitor plugged in, shooting in beautiful 2.66:1 with an incredible bitrate. However, when i plug in my DP6 the gh2 automatically switches out of mjpeg (4:3) and into variable movie mode (16:9). Is there some setting i am missing?

If anyone has any advice id appreciate it!
