Balancing a light GH2 shoulder rig

What do you have on the back of your shoulder rigs to balance them when shooting with the light GH2?
Do you use external battery packs? (Powering what?)
Dead weight?
Perhaps an audio recorder? (But you have to rely on it's remote control now.)

The infamous Cowboy Studio shoulder rig works well with the GH2. Just don't use the bolts that come with unit. Also Express35 offers various rig components for the Cowboy.

how is this relevant to the question of what people use aa counter weight?
