Hi all, I am having a problem with my videos which I hope someone can help me with. This image is taken from my video footage after it has been denoised with Neat Video and in general not processed very much otherwise from that. I have blown up the image 4x times, so disregard the quality, my issues are like the things I have ringed in green, colors jumping in and out on a frame by frame basis. You can see the same thing on the fences and the road markings. http://imgur.com/a/2GneR This footage was shot in 1080p24 on ISO 400, 1/100 and 5.6 I believe. I am using the mode with low compression, made for editing. I use neutral shooting style. If you need more info please ask. Is it just a result of not enough light? I mean it's not really normal noise.
