Hi wonderful people. I have a Manfrotto MVH502AH head which has become stuck to my Glidetrack Video Tripod. Nothing I do will seperate them, any ideas? I've used a heavy mallet and tap tap tap TAP!!!! But I'll end up damaging it. Also, the Glidetrack tripod is terrible, dont buy it!

FIXED. The camera will turn off if you dont touch it at all after 29min regardless of the power setttings. so i simply touched the led power light and it stays on.

previously yes. I'll pull the battery grip off and test again.

Hi, I was doing my first test with the BG-E11 battery grip on my 5D mk3 with Ninja Atomos to see how long it will last running on two batteries. The camera stops after the 29minute mark?? Previously its worked fine without the bg-e11 attached. Is this a known bug/feature? Thanks. Duncan
