    • Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera c-mount lens compatibility list
I would send it to http://ekoecamera.com/lens-service/ , he is the guru when it comes to C-mount.
    • 1DX ii rated at 13.5 stops
yea... and the Nikon D5 has 12.3 DR (On DXO).... Both the D5 and 1DX ii would absolute kill the D7200 in IQ though. Seriously, if you don't think 13.5 stops DR is great, you are in the wrong game.  What are you shooting that requires that 0.5 stops extra? Unless you are shooting the midday sun from inside a cave, then 13.5 is 100% great. hmmm. ok. Go shoot low or high ISO with that camera and see if you think the DR is great.

      Great DR?
APSC Nikon D7200 has 1 full stop more of DR. I would not call that great, sorry.

The 5DIV needs to reach 14 stops at least which is not impossible if you compare the D5/D750/D810 : the more mpx, the more the DR.

    • Your ideal NX1 Settings
@ricardo_sousa11 Thanks! When I see your grades it  usually makes me think, "Whoa... are we using the same camera?!"... so I appreciate it, and great work on discovering these sweet settings! I look forward to seeing what you share next.

For filmconvert, I used the Red Epic M/Redcolor2 - Redgamma profile in this case, and I was mostly playing around with the FJ 8543 VD film setting, with various amounts of film color added to taste. I've also been been using it quite a lot lately only for the grain, it looks better to me than gorilla grain or some of the other popular film grain overlays. Hopefully they hurry along with that custom-built NX1 profile they're supposedly working on, it will be interesting to see how well it works.
    • A6300, Flat profile other than slog
I read that somewhere, but still wonder, why to decrease sharpness ? I get that we don't want to add artificial details by increase it. But decrease ? We still can do this on postproduction if neccessary.
