good stuff. I think if this blog wants to survive, and probably Andrew is tired of it (I would be too) - it should transition into talking about lenses, lighting, camera movement technology. I think as of now we are seeing a peak of what is possible with CMOS camera technology. All newer innovations to me as minor. But lighting and camera control tech continues to innovate, get cheaper, and get more beautiful. But like I said, I'm sure running this site is not fun anymore.
    • My Review of the Zhiyun Crane 3-Axis Gimbal
The Zhiyun they are referring to is already available for pre-order here. The price is only around $850, making it one of the least expensive stabilizers by payload I've seen, and, if the build quality is anything at all like the Crane, it'll be a steal. But as much as I'd like to fly my GH4 with adapted lenses, I know I'd never use a two-handed model. As far as pistol grip stabilizers go, I think 1.2Kg is a sensible weight limit: shooting video for any length of time with a heavier camera/lens combo will get tiring real fast.
    • How I got scammed through one of this site's highest rated accounts
Posting to confirm this was discussed by all moderators and was chosen as the best solution to both allow the problem to be solved by all parties involved, and minimise the negative impact on the wider EOSHD community. Please take extra care when trading privately online. Stay safe and keep making this the best camera forum around! Peace out x
    • Petition for Samsung NX1 hack
As I'm reading blueringer, My thought would be to model the adapter signals to the camera based on the nx lens that has the most features and fastest AF. Do you all think that is a reasonable idea?
    • I think my NX1 is defective, now what?
So about the issue I now have time to sent it to warranty. Do you confirm this sensor is defective?
I bumped the blue level to make it more relevant. It's always at the bottom left. In homogeneous dark scenes you can you clearly see they are too lines.
