    • EVF for Blackmagic Micro Cinema Camera
I made that exact thing in the picture above before, it's a nasty POS. Not worth your 28bucks even, waste of time.
    • Blackmagic View Assist 4K records 4K ProRes to SD card for just $895
There are two type of Speed Classes that matter for a SD Card. Bus Speed and Video Speed (Minimum Sequential Write). UHS-II is Bus Speed and for video that means nothing, as for video, there are some standards, U3 means 30MB/s, the new Standards are V30 (30MB/s), V60 (60MB/s) and V90 (90MB/s). So far, there is no card with V60 or V90, so although there are cards capable of sustaining more than 30MB/s, I assume that if they could guarantee 480mbps or 720mbps, they would say so. Which is also weird since ProRes 4K 10-bit 422 should be more than 720mbps, so who knows?
    • The 4K Fuji X-T2 is here
Watching him shoot video if it only had ibis and a articulating touch screen instead of a joy stick you gotta fidget with causing even more jitters.
    • Any Vloggers? The Canon M5
I don't even think we're talking about the same thing anymore. Not sure why you're insistent on it being done a certain way. I find the dual pixel function to be extremely useful. The Neistat-esque vlogging styles nowadays are more visceral. The idea of quality is less on well exposed highlights and shadows, but on consistency of image (content, basically). Sure, I'm not going to be vlogging while moving about with a boosted board and carrying a drink, but it's easy to see why it's one less thing to worry about when your image is not dictated by where you setup your tripod or rigs and if your lens is in focus.
    • Is this pro shot interview as terrible as I think?
This is true of many fields. I'm just another guy with a camera like the rest of us but when I saw this I was kinda blown away by the lack of quality here I will say shooting at 60p and the higher shutter rate seems to smooth out the handheld bumps for me when doing slow mo.
